The Rehab Services Manager ensures the delivery of high quality services including Inpatient, Outpatient, Home Care PT, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy and Herbal Therapy Services. In addition, this position utilizes professional judgment, knowledge and leadership to develop new methods, educate others, improve systems and demonstrate responsibility for administrative duties in Rehab Services at the community level.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Current Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital-based physical therapy required, preferably including Inpatient, Outpatient, and Home Care
• Advanced education and management experience preferred to include, (1) supervisory experience, (2) ability to analyze, problem solve and generate positive outcomes, (3) responsible fiscal management, (4) development and performance of quality management activities, (5) ability to promote and deliver excellent customer service to patients, physicians, coworkers, and staff
• BLS certification
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards and reimbursement

Physical Therapist and PTA Needed

If so, we are seeking a full time Physical Therapist and PTA to join a busy, outpatient clinic in Casper, Wyoming in our state of the art new facility including a warm water therapeutic pool. We provide one-hour treatment sessions with a licensed PT/PTA and OT and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. A background in manual therapy, myofascial release and other manual skills are preferred, however, training will be provided. Our warm water pool provides therapy to orthopedic and post back surgery patients for stabilization exercises along with other appropriate conditions.
